The CompGeo Online Information Technology Salary and Compensation Online Research Options have been expanded to include Competency specification for better and more refined analysis of competititve salary and compensation for Information Technology Professionals in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis.

Four Competency areas are now available for optional specification in CompGeo Online Information Technology Salary and Compensation Research requests which include Language, Database, Vendor and Vendor Subsystem.

Language competencies that may be optionally specified inlcude C, C++, COBOL, Delphi, Developer/2000, FOCUS, Foxpro, HTML, Java, JavaScript, NOMAD, Perl/CGI, PowerBuilder, SAP R/3, SAS, SQL, Visual Basic, Visual C++ and Visual J++.

Database competencies that may be optionally specified include DB2, FOCUS, IDMS, IMS, Informix, Ingress, Lotus Notes, MS Access, NOMAD, Oracle, Rdb, SQLBase, SQL Server, Sybase and Teradata.
